Are trips to Cuba still happening with all of the travel bans and restrictions?

Yes, although there are several new restrictions on travel to Cuba it is NOT off limits! If you have signed up for a trip to Cuba you will be informed on how to bypass the restrictions. It is perfectly legal and we continue to use the same qualifying reason to visit this country.

Are the trips all inclusive?

No, it does not include airfare or alcoholic beverages….yet. Every trip is different. Some trips include hotel or villa accommodations and some do not. Please read each trip’s page carefully.

Which flights do I buy?

After you have booked your trip you will be notified of any flight deals. You can ask us for help with booking the right flight for your trip.

Do I need a visa?

Yes., for some countries. The price range is from $25 – $100 and can be purchased at the airport. They must be purchased in person and you must have it before boarding your flight. Cuba does require a visa.

Do I need a passport?

Yes. Please check to make sure it is not expired.

Where will we be staying?

We have chosen some of the best luxury villas and hotels each country has to offer. We are choosing private villas or renting out an entire hotel. The name and location of these residences will be given to all confirmed guests 2 weeks before the trip.

Are the excursions included?

Excursions are included in the trip price. Some trips have packages with fewer excursions. Other excursions can be purchased separately if not listed in one of the packages.

Do I need any vaccinations?

The CDC recommends getting typhoid, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, cholera, rabies, and influenza before traveling to most places however check before your trip because they may update the site and suggest taking more, fewer, or no shots at all. The COVID Vaccine may get you into other countries in place of presenting a negative COVID test. A negative COVID test is still required to return to the U.S. and testing locations and fees are sent to travelers before each trip.

What is your refund policy?

All deposits are non-refundable.

Any payments made in addition to the deposit whether in full or partial are subject to these terms:

  • refund requested 90 days before the event date will be 100% refunded.
  • refund requested within 100 days and before 50 days before the event date will be refunded 75%.
  • refund requested within 50 days and before 25 days before the event date will be refunded 50%.
  • refund requested within 25 days and before 15 days before the event date will be refunded 25%.
  • refund requested within 15 days and before 5 days before the event date will be refunded 15%.
  • refund requested within 5 days before the event date will be refunded 10%.
